Microsoft Copilot Analytics • Oct 2023- Present
Insights for the age of AI & agents
Copilot Dashboard helps C-suite leaders optimize AI investment by measuring the adoption and business impact of Copilot, AI powered assistants integrated in M365. I was the lead design from initial concept to global deployment. Early stages with ambiguous and complex product areas are where I strive. I created agile discussion and feedback loop by leading design reviews with PM, engineering, and design leaders at senior to partner levels to support fast-paced product development. The dashboard was featured in the World Economic Forum by Microsoft CEO Satya. It helps Copilot’s success in every business funnel: 45% increased in Copilot license purchased, 83% increased in Copilot license assigned, and 101% increased in monthly active users.
The success of the dashboard led to a fourfold increase in the size of the product team. We’ve rebranded to become Copilot Analytics in order to further support all AI insights including Agents. My goal as agents report design lead is to deliver well-rounded insights that help organizations understand how agents enhance employee productivity and streamline business processes.
Microsoft Viva Insights • 2022-2023
Getting to know team productivity
Viva Insights is an employee platform empowering teams and individuals to thrive through data-driven, privacy-protected insights. I led the design of meeting insights, including meeting habits, expensive meeting audit, and post-meeting survey feedback. I proposed design solutions that extended beyond the Insights platform by taking into account the broader company-wide ecosystem. This design pitch stood out during the Microsoft Hackathon, earned recognition from leadership, got buy-in from stakeholders, and successfully kickstarted product development efforts.
Microsoft Clarity • 2021-2022
Clarity with every click
Clarity is a user behavior analytics tool that captures how people interact with websites. I established a strong brand presence by redesigning Microsoft Clarity’s product logo, which is now prominently featured across the product website and marketing platforms. Beyond visual design, I also contributed to increasing the sign-up rate by redesigning the first-run experience (FRE). By introducing interactive, gamified elements, we created a more engaging and intuitive setup process that helps users quickly understand and unlock the product’s full potential.
Microsoft UHRS • 2021
Machine learning project health
UHRS is a global crowdsourcing platform for machine learning data annotation. I redesigned the dashboard to help ML project owners uncover actionable insights, identify issues, and collect data more efficiently within a data-heavy portal. The improved efficiency in collecting data helps reduce costs for Microsoft’s ML initiatives.
